These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of eSIMConnect, including purchases made through esimconnect.com. By using the website or purchasing an eSIM data plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

eSIMConnect provides digital eSIM data plans for compatible mobile devices. eSIM plans are generally intended for mobile data use while traveling. Unless expressly stated in a product description, eSIM plans do not include a local phone number, voice calls, or SMS service.

2. Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your device supports eSIM technology, is carrier-unlocked, and is compatible with the destination and network coverage associated with the plan you purchase.

3. Purchase and Payment

Prices, plan details, validity periods, data allowances, coverage areas, and availability are shown on the product page or checkout when applicable. By placing an order, you authorize the payment method selected at checkout and agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

4. Digital Delivery

eSIM products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for using the correct email address and following installation instructions. Activation and installation may require a stable internet connection.

5. Network Availability

Coverage and speed depend on local network operators, destination infrastructure, device settings, signal strength, network congestion, and other conditions outside eSIMConnect's direct control. Service may be unavailable or degraded in some locations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or network-disruptive activity. eSIMConnect may suspend or restrict service if use violates applicable law, network rules, provider requirements, or these Terms.

7. Changes to Services

Product availability, destination coverage, network partners, plan details, and pricing may change from time to time. Changes will not affect an order already completed except where necessary for security, compliance, or technical reasons.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Because eSIMs are digital products, activation, installation, or data usage may affect refund eligibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eSIMConnect is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed travel arrangements, loss of connectivity caused by unsupported devices, local network conditions, or failure to follow instructions.
